Zero sugar blueberry jam
Ingredients
- 4 cups Blueberries Rinse well
- 2 tbsp Zero sugar sweetener of choice Use real sugar or honey if you prefer
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 4 tbsp Chia seeds
Instructions
- Rinse your blueberries well

- Heat the blueberries, sweetener and lemon juice in a heavy bottomed saucepan on a medium heat, stirring often
- Once the blueberries begin to cook down, you can either mash your fruit or use an immersion blender to get a smooth fruit mixture
- Add the chia seeds and mix well to incorporate thoroughly
- Pour your mixture into a mason jar or your container of choice
- Allow your jam to cool completely before putting it into the fridge
- Your jam will set well within a few hours and will be ready to use on toast, scones, or whatever makes you happy
